About the Role
The Apple Support College Program is designed for students who want a flexible part-time job while studying. As an At-Home Advisor, you will represent Apple and assist customers with technical troubleshooting, product questions, service support, and device guidance—all from the comfort of your home. Apple provides comprehensive training, equipment, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, or email
Troubleshoot Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and more
Assist customers with account, software, and technical issues
Educate users on Apple features, settings, and digital ecosystem
Follow Apples support processes and quality standards
Maintain professional and helpful communication in every interaction
Document customer cases accurately in internal systems
Required Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in a college or university degree program
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Ability to work independently and in a structured remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Prior customer support or retail experience
