We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Associate General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. Duties
Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
Deliver high-quality general dentistry services such as fillings, crowns, bridges, prosthodontics, root canal therapy, dental extractions, and other restorative procedures.
Conduct oral surgery procedures with precision while maintaining strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.
Use advanced dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for charting, scheduling, and medical documentation management.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient privacy and maintaining accurate medical records.
Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize workflow efficiency and patient comfort.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging techniques, and infection control standards to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental wellness.
Adhere to all regulatory guidelines related to medical documentation and dental office operations.
Experience
Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with a focus on general dentistry procedures.
Demonstrated proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
Hands-on experience performing pediatric dentistry procedures and managing pediatric patients is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, oral surgery techniques including extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), and dental fabrication processes.
Familiarity with infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, medical imaging procedures, and anatomy fundamentals related to oral health.
Prior experience working with diverse patient populations while maintaining excellent patient care standards.
