Business Transition / BPO Integration Manager

Position Overview: The Business Transition Integration Manager will lead complex transition programs across international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations, ensuring seamless system migrations, financial alignment, and zero-downtime cutovers. This role requires strong expertise in global outsourcing, finance, and program execution, with a focus on delivering successful go-live and post-go-live support across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO):
Manage international outsourcing transitions across regions such as Singapore, Philippines, India, UK, China, etc.
Coordinate vendor selection, contract management, and cross-border compliance.
Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness across multiple countries.
Finance & Program Budgeting:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization for transition programs.
Align transition activities with Market Renewal Program (MRP) objectives.
Provide financial reporting and risk analysis to senior leadership.
System Transition & Cutover Management:
Develop and execute transition strategies, ensuring zero downtime.
Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
Collaborate with IT, business, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and outsourcing partners.
Drive governance, reporting, and communication across global stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in international or Multi-National BPO transitions (Singapore, Philippines, India, UK, China, etc.).
Strong background in finance, program budgeting, and Market Renewal Programs (MRP).
Proven expertise in system transition, Secure Data Migration, Cutover Planning, Go-Live execution, and Post-Go-Live support.
Hands-on with Business Transition methodologies, Risk Mitigation, Risk Management, and Operational Excellence Frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and transition governance dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of experience in transition management, outsourcing, or program delivery.
PMP / Prince2 / Six-Sigma Black Belt / GIAC - GCIP / similar certifications or equivalent.
Experience in regulated industries (Finance, Insurance, Telecom, etc.) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a global mindset.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
