I am looking for a cannabis industry growth operator/master marketer.

Someone who:

  • Has been inside this space
  • Understands MMUR / state registry flows
  • Knows dispensary partnerships
  • Knows affiliate and referral ecosystems
  • Has creative acquisition ideas beyond paid traffic
  • Understands compliance and advertising limitations
  • Has real relationships in the cannabis ecosystem

If you are just a Facebook Ads manager, this is not the role.

An all-out cannabis marketer who can help us:

  • Structure full growth strategy
  • Develop dispensary partnerships
  • Build affiliate programs
  • Leverage influencer networks (compliantly)
  • Structure referral systems
  • Develop creative offers
  • Improve conversion rates
  • Identify state expansion opportunities
  • Build long-term brand moat

You should understand:

  • Cannabis ad restrictions
  • Healthcare compliance
  • Telehealth funnel mechanics
  • Patient lifecycle
  • LTV optimization
  • Regulatory landmines

If you’ve never worked in cannabis or restricted industries — this isn’t for you.

  • You’ve worked with cannabis clinics or dispensaries
  • You’ve scaled patient acquisition in at least one state
  • You understand the Florida ecosystem specifically
  • You know how to navigate MMUR-related friction
  • You think in partnerships, not just pixels
  • You have ideas beyond “run ads”

Bonus if:

  • You have existing relationships in the Florida cannabis ecosystem
  • You’ve helped scale a med card company before
  • You know the weaknesses of NuggMD / DocMJ models
