We are seeking energetic and skilled Commercial Plumbers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on commercial construction sites. Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems on commercial construction sites using hand tools and power tools.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
Operate welding equipment and pipe threading machines to assemble piping systems efficiently.
Utilize construction site experience to ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
Perform heavy lifting of materials, fixtures, and piping components safely during installation processes.
Collaborate with project managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and carpenters to coordinate tasks seamlessly.
Conduct remodeling and assembly tasks as needed for plumbing fixtures or related mechanical systems.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields such as HVAC or remodeling projects.
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe fitting, and schematic interpretation.
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe sizes and layouts.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for site travel; handyman experience is a plus.
