Pathcore Logistics is a specialized life-science courier and transportation company operating across the Mid-Atlantic corridor (PA–MD–NJ–VA). We support pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical research organizations with time-critical transportation.

Role Summary (Commission Only)
We are seeking an independent sales representative to generate new customer opportunities. You will prospect, outreach, and book qualified meetings with logistics/supply chain decision makers. The CEO handles discovery, pricing, and closing.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research pharma/biotech/CDMO/CRO targets
  • Find decision makers (Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Distribution)
  • Outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Book qualified meetings
  • Maintain pipeline tracker and outreach notes

Requirements

  • Proven outbound/cold outreach experience
  • Comfortable calling and messaging decision makers
  • Organized, consistent, and KPI-driven
  • Logistics or life-science familiarity is a plus (not required)

Compensation

  • Commission only (1099)
  • Residual commission on accounts you source (details provided during interview)
