Janitorial Team Member (Part-Time, Evenings)

This role is ideal for someone looking for steady, part-time evening work with a consistent schedule.<br><br> </div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div><ul> <li>Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas</li> <li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors</li> <li>Empty trash and replace liners</li> <li>Spot-clean glass, doors, and high-touch surfaces</li> <li>Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures</li> <li>Communicate issues/concerns immediately to the manager</li> <li>Ensure the facility is secure upon completion of the shift</li> </ul><div>Requirements:</div><ul> <li>Must be available <strong>Monday–Friday for evening shifts</strong> (3–4 hours per shift)</li> <li>Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li> <li>Ability to <strong>start at 5:30 PM</strong> daily</li> <li>Sites with multiple team members MUST <strong>start and end together</strong> </li> <li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills</li> <li>Open to feedback and <strong>special requests from sites on occasion</strong> </li> <li>Physically able to perform cleaning duties (<strong>standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs</strong>)</li> <li>Reliable transportation and consistent attendance</li> <li>Must pass a background check</li> </ul><div>What We Offer:</div><ul> <li>Consistent weekday evening schedule</li> <li>Predictable hours</li> <li>Cross-training at multiple sites if desired</li> <li>Opportunity for additional shifts as available, including weekends</li> <li>Supportive and professional work environment</li> <li>Communication via Team App with team members, keeping personal phone numbers private</li> <li>Vest provided </li> </ul> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
