The Elite Job is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Live Chat and Email Support Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and email channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
