Applications received outside of the specified process will not be considered.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>🏛️ Lightholder Consulting | Microsoft Solutions Partner | Government IT</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Training Specialist to deliver a structured train-the-trainer program for a California state agency Dynamics 365 and Power Pages implementation.</p><p><br></p><p>📋 ABOUT THE ROLE</p><p>This is a subcontractor (1099/C2C) engagement. The goal is building true internal capability — agency staff should be able to independently administer, configure, and extend the platform when the engagement ends. If you believe in client independence over vendor dependency, this is your role.</p><p><br></p><p>⚙️ WHAT YOU'LL DO</p><p>• Design and deliver train-the-trainer curriculum covering D365 administration, Power Pages portal management, and Power Automate workflows</p><p>• Develop reusable, editable training materials — written guides, recorded walkthroughs, quick reference cards</p><p>• Assess staff readiness at each milestone and adjust pacing accordingly</p><p>• Train agency staff to independently publish new grant application forms via Power Pages Studio</p><p>• Create role-specific onboarding guides for portal administrators and functional users</p><p><br></p><p>✅ REQUIRED</p><p>• 5+ years delivering Microsoft Power Platform training in enterprise or government environments</p><p>• Demonstrated train-the-trainer experience — internal capability building, not just end-user delivery</p><p>• Deep Power Pages knowledge: Portal Management App, Power Pages Studio, entity permissions, web roles</p><p>• Power Automate training experience — teaching non-technical staff to build approval and notification flows</p><p>• Strong remote facilitation skills</p><p>• At least one Microsoft cert: PL-200 or PL-900</p><p>• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.</p><p><br></p><p>⭐ PREFERRED</p><p>• California state agency or government grant management experience</p><p>• Instructional design background (ADDIE or similar)</p><p>• Video training/eLearning production (Camtasia, Loom)</p><p>• Power BI training experience</p><p><br></p><p>💼 TERMS</p><p>• ~10 hrs/month ongoing; higher during initial training delivery sprints</p><p>• Payment: Net 5 from state payment receipt (back-to-back government contract terms)</p><p>• Through May 2027 with potential extension</p><p><br></p><p>📩 To apply: sphilips@lightholderconsulting.com</p><p>Send resume + brief summary of comparable training engagements + your hourly rate.</p><p><br></p><p>#PowerPlatform #PowerPages #Dynamics365 #MicrosoftTraining #GovernmentIT #TrainTheTrainer #RemoteWork</p>
