This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys spending time out in the field, building impact beyond the office.</div><div><br></div><div>You need to be willing to travel and you are willing to work some unsociable hours (weekends, early mornings, and late nights depending on shift patterns). </div><div><br></div><div>The role does involve some weekend and evening shift work. These are in rotation with the rest of the team.</div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Maintain accurate records and accuracy with the data provided</li>
<li>Being able to lead a team and adept at building strong relationships </li>
<li>Develop and execute business plans, strategies and resource allocations</li>
<li>Managing day-to-day operations </li>
<li>Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams, providing coaching, training and feedback to improve performance</li>
<li>Analysing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings</li>
<li>Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices</li>
<li>Coordinating with various teams to meet company goals</li>
<li>Managing risk, budgets and resources</li>

<li>Excellent verbal and written skills in English</li>
<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Proven experience in a leadership or operations management role</li>

<li>Excellent with numbers and balancing figures</li>
<li>Able to build and maintain new relationships </li>
<li>High attention to detail</li>
