What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct ABA therapy to 1–2 clients (we don’t hand off to RBTs)
• Conduct assessments, write programs, and monitor progress
• Offer parent coaching and build deep relationships with families
• Complete indirect work from home, on your own schedule

What You’ll Earn:

• $85/hour for all billable and non-billable time
• That’s $2,550–$3,400/week if you choose to work 30–40 hours/week
• Flexible caseloads: pick up as little or as much as you want

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification
• 3+ years of ABA experience (early intervention preferred)
• Reliable transportation in the Bay Area
• Comfortable working independently and directly with families
• Passionate about delivering meaningful services (not just supervising)
