<p data-path-to-node="3,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Execute the technical implementation</strong> of HRSD, following the team's established development standards.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p data-path-to-node="3,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Develop and maintain</strong> employee journeys and the Employee Center, ensuring system performance.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p data-path-to-node="3,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Troubleshoot and resolve</strong> technical and security issues related to HRSD, escalating highly complex cases when necessary.</p>
</li>

<p data-path-to-node="3,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Teamwork & Collaboration:</strong> Support Junior developers and collaborate with the broader technical team on daily challenges.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="3,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Quality & Governance:</strong> Write clean code adhering to ServiceNow best practices and participate actively in peer code reviews.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="6,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">HRSD Expertise:</strong> Solid experience configuring portals and HR processes; familiarity with Performance Analytics for HR.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="6,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Platform Fundamentals:</strong> Good understanding of ServiceNow platform features (Schedulers, Events, UI Actions, Business Rules).</p>

<p data-path-to-node="6,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Scripting:</strong> Strong practical experience with server-side and client-side scripting, including APIs like GlideSystem and GlideRecord/GlideAggregate.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="6,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Process Automation:</strong> Hands-on experience using Flow Designer to build and automate workflows.</p>
