you will work at the intersection of data engineering, backend services, and cloud platforms, helping build scalable data foundations that enable analytics, integrations, and data‑driven decision‑making.You will join a collaborative, cross‑functional team working in an agile environment, contributing end‑to‑end to modern data platforms and integration solutions across the Azure be submitted in English.<hr><h2>💥 Your Impact</h2>In this role, you will:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and backend services on Azure</li><li>Build and optimize data products and data platforms using modern lakehouse architectures</li><li>Develop and maintain APIs and integrations to connect internal and external systems</li><li>Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across pipelines and services</li><li>Work with structured and unstructured data to support analytics and downstream systems</li><li>Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processes</li><li>Collaborate in a cross-functional Agile team, taking shared ownership of deliverables</li><li>Continuously improve solutions, standards, and team end</li><li>Autonomy increases with experience — so does responsibility</li></ul><hr><h2>👤 What We’re Looking For</h2><h3>Must-haves</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments</li><li>Strong experience with Python and object-oriented programming</li><li>Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (e.g., ADLS, ADF, Synapse, or similar services)</li><li>Hands-on experience with Databricks (Notebooks, Delta Lake)</li><li>Strong SQL skills for data processing and validation</li><li>Experience building and maintaining APIs and backend services (REST, event-driven)</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Must be based in Europe</li></ul><h3>Nice-to-haves</h3><ul><li>Experience with data modeling and data architecture</li><li>Familiarity with event-driven architectures and distributed systems</li><li>Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Unity Catalog)</li><li>Exposure to AI/ML data preparation or data-driven platforms</li><li>Experience with JSON and API-based data
