We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and collaborative leader to join our Corporate Strategy team as a Senior Manager. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in management consulting or corporate strategy who are passionate about driving growth and transformation in a fast-paced, multi-brand retail environment.As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills to lead high-impact initiatives, support executive decision-making, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our business.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple strategic initiatives across various retail brands and business functions, from problem definition through execution.
Establish, build and maintain rapport with executive team to foster strong partnerships.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop short and long-term strategic plans.
Leverage insights and remain current on market, competitor, and financial news, strategies and analysis to support data-driven recommendations.
Translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with teams including Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, and Operations, while guiding business unit leaders to maintain focus on key resources and priorities.
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and strategic updates.
Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities to inform strategic direction, while reassessing established practices and encouraging internal and external benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.
Support business case development, growth driving strategies and post-merger integration planning as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
4+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting (e.g., top-tier firm), project management, or a related field.
Experience working in or with retail or consumer-facing industries is highly desirable.
Strong foundation in structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
Proven ability to cross functionally collaborate and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated agility and adaptability in managing shifting priorities and cross-brand initiatives.
Proficient and highly developed user of Microsoft Office suite programs required
Ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships cross-functionally
Limited travel may be required, based on business needs.
Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
