Job Description:

Provide escalated support and operational maintenance to client cloud environments
Analyze each client's specific request and determine the underlying problem
Manage Microsoft Volume Licenses, EA, and Reservation
Troubleshoot SQL Database and SQL reporting
Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field preferred
8+ years of professional IT experience in a client facing role
5+ years of experience supporting O365, Exchange online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure
Microsoft (MCSE), AZ-104 at minimum with AZ-500 certifications preferred
Advanced PowerShell scripting experience
