<p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>As a UI/UX Designer at Four Principles, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You will combine strategic design thinking with strong visual execution to create intuitive, elegant, and user-centered interfaces.</p><p>Working closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, you will drive the full design lifecycle — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final handoff — ensuring every interaction reflects both user needs and business objectives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing</p></li><li><p>Design visually compelling and consistent UI components, style guides, and design systems in line with brand guidelines</p></li><li><p>Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD</p></li><li><p>Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design improvements</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with mobile and web developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs</p></li><li><p>Work with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions</p></li><li><p>Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for a variety of screen sizes and devices</p></li><li><p>Contribute to and maintain a shared design system and component library to ensure consistency across products</p></li><li><p>Present and articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences</p></li><li><p>Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field</p></li><li><p>Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects across web and mobile</p></li><li><p>Expert proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture</p></li><li><p>Experience conducting user research, interviews, A/B testing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of responsive design and design-to-development handoff workflows</p></li><li><p>Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries</p></li><li><p>Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Experience working in Agile or Lean product development environments is an advantage</p></li></ul>
